What can you do?
Choose points on the local trail network, reorder them, view an approximate profile and walking time, check weather and save your plan. Play and save your own GPX while preserving its track.
Where does the data come from?
- Planning network and places catalogue: a local dataset from OpenStreetMap, ODbL.
- Imagery and 3D terrain: Cesium World Imagery and Cesium ion, with attribution shown in the map.
- Weather: IMGW-PIB and labelled forecasts MET Norway. The reading time and source appear alongside the data.
- KPN restrictions: sources linked from the the official visitor notice. They do not cover all of the Jizera Mountains, Czechia or every land manager.
How should you use route suggestions?
Suggestions are not field audits or confirmation of safety or open trails. Map data may be incomplete. Walking times and elevations are approximate; account for weather, season, pace, breaks and current restrictions.
Storage and service connections
Routes are stored in your browser on this device. There is no account synchronisation. Download a library backup before clearing browser data or switching devices. Maps and weather require internet; PWA installation does not download offline maps.
The feedback form opens Google Forms, an external service. Information you choose to send is submitted to the project through that form. Do not include tokens or confidential data.
Contact and feedback
Have feedback or noticed an incorrect route? Write to [email protected] or use “Report a problem” in the atlas. An app report does not change the official map or contact emergency services.
